David Anderson developed the analytical models that predict and model the spread of diseases. He is currently working with longitudinal data sets, investigating the clinical and financial aspects of the Natural History of Disease and its application to the challenges of today.

Before joining OptumInsight, Mr. Anderson worked in the aerospace industry. He wrote the cutting-edge software used to model and test inertial guidance systems, to see how they reacted to environmental stresses.

Mr. Anderson holds a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota and has 24 years of experience solving highly sophisticated technical problems.
