Dr. Dogu Celebi is focused on the strategic agenda of our business. He works on initiatives that require highly innovative solutions and on our communications with key stakeholders, promoting OptumInsight solutions.

• Prior to joining OptumInsight, Dr. Celebi developed disease and care management programs for CIGNA.
• Over the past decade, he has been developing and implementing health care informatics solutions for medical management, disease and care management, and provider measurement programs.
• Dr. Celebi holds an M.D. degree from Uludag University, in Bursa, Turkey, and an M.P.H. degree in Epidemiology and Health Management from George Washington University, in Washington, D.C.
