He helps in the assessment, analysis, and deployment of processes and tools to effectively enable regulatory compliance and business optimization. In addition, he provides overviews to health executives regarding ICD-10 and business/operational impact.

Mr. Howe joined OptumInsight with more than 28 years of experience in regulatory compliance, business optimization, risk management, and information technology with KPMG Advisory Services Practice, Siemens Corporation, and BearingPoint.
