• Before joining OptumInsight, Mr. Jacobs wrote software for the health care, financial services and entertainment worlds, and designed CPU chips for a large computer manufacturer.
• He has 29 years of experience, has published numerous magazine articles and invention disclosures, and holds three patents in the United States, Europe and Japan.
• Mr. Jacobs holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
