Dawn Kessler is the senior vice president of Human Capital and Communications for OptumInsight. She accelerates business growth by attracting and retaining top talent, leading change, enhancing organizational effectiveness, delivering innovative communication strategies, and creating an environment that fosters engagement, collaboration, and personal growth.

Kessler joined OptumInsight in 2006, bringing more than 16 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy development, and human resources in the financial services industry, primarily with American Express Financial Advisors.

Kessler holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota with an emphasis in international and strategic management, a BBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, with majors in accounting and finance, a CPA certificate, and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) designation.
