Peter Martin brings more than 10 years of operational experience to the Life Sciences division, where he leads a team dedicated to establishing and optimizing day-to-day operations. Prior to his role as COO, he was vice president of operations and chief of staff to the COO at OptumInsight (formerly Ingenix) and was responsible for leading various strategic and operational excellence initiatives. Peter also has significant M&A-related experience, both at OptumInsight and at Deloitte, where he lead strategy development, deal sourcing, valuation, transaction structuring, deal negotiation, and acquisition integration.

Peter is a CPA (inactive) and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Dakota and an MBA in finance and strategy from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business.
