Tracy Tsuetaki is group president of regulatory affairs and safety for OptumInsight’s life sciences group. Previously, he was group president of clinical development services for i3 Research. He has also served as chief marketing officer at Covance, Inc., group president at Catalent Pharma Solutions, and president of the medical communications and consulting division of Quintiles Transnational.

Tracy, who has more than 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry, holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of California Davis, a master of science and a doctorate from the University of California Berkeley, and a master of business administration (MBA) from Northwestern University.
