Valuable monthly reports  

Every month we'll send reports detailing practitioners with expiring or expired documents. Covered elements include State License, DEA, CDS, Board Certification and Professional Liability Insurance. Your reports will be generated at the beginning of every month and will detail expired documents from the previous month and soon-to-be expiring documents for the current month.  

Subscription options  

• Learned Sanctions Report: information learned during our operational procedures of data verification.
• Expiring/Expired Documents Report: State License, DEA Registration, CDS Registration, Board Certification, and Professional Liability Insurance.
• Deceased/Retired Report: updates your records on practitioners between credentialing cycles.  

Prudent risk management  

Presently, you can wait from 24 to 36 months to learn new information on practitioners in your network—a delay with attendant exposure to liability. Manage your risk wth OptumInsight Alert Notification.  

OptumInsight will compile reports for you from data housed within the OptumInsight credentialing database. Your reports will be delivered during the first week of each month in a Microsoft® Excel file via secure email or FTP. Upon request, OptumInsight will obtain updated data to replace expired information.
